Facemark
A nameplate over every unit: health, casts, effects and raid marks. It names the side each player is on in PvP, which no field says, and whether a cast is coming at you.
Install it from Addons → Browse inside the game.
Settings
8 settings, changed in Addons → Installed → Configure. The loader draws these controls from the manifest, so this is the pane itself rather than a description of one.

-

-

What it declares
A disclosure, not a boundary. Addon code runs in the game page with the page's own globals in scope, so this is what the author says the addon is for rather than a limit the loader enforces. Read the source if that matters to you, and it should.
Works well beside Longwatch, which publishes which mobs the game counts as elite or bosses, which no snapshot says, so a plate can mark rank beside the level. A note from the author rather than a dependency: nothing here installs anything.
