Longwatch
The rare spawns, where they live and when they are due back. Carries the roster the wire cannot answer for, counts each rare down from the kill that dropped it, and keeps the countdown across a logout. A body you rode up on rather than watched fall still bounds the return, and the row says which of the two it is drawing. Pins the rares in your own zone into the world and calls out a sighting with a banner and a cue. It also carries the table saying which mobs the game counts as elite, as bosses or as rare, and publishes it for any other addon to draw from.
Install it from Addons → Browse inside the game.
Settings
4 settings, changed in Addons → Installed → Configure. The loader draws these controls from the manifest, so this is the pane itself rather than a description of one.

What it declares
A disclosure, not a boundary. Addon code runs in the game page with the page's own globals in scope, so this is what the author says the addon is for rather than a limit the loader enforces. Read the source if that matters to you, and it should.
