Wayfarer
An atlas: where everything is, how far, and which way. Every row carries an arrow pointing the way you would have to turn to walk there, so the list is read by turning until one of them points up.
Install it from Addons → Browse inside the game.
Settings
9 settings, changed in Addons → Installed → Configure. The loader draws these controls from the manifest, so this is the pane itself rather than a description of one.

What it declares
A disclosure, not a boundary. Addon code runs in the game page with the page's own globals in scope, so this is what the author says the addon is for rather than a limit the loader enforces. Read the source if that matters to you, and it should.
