Cadence

Your swing, the global cooldown, your cast with a latency band, and your resource with combo points as pips, on one strip. Optional rows add your offhand swing, your target's swing and your speed.

Install it from Addons → Browse inside the game.

Settings

10 settings, changed in Addons → Installed → Configure. The loader draws these controls from the manifest, so this is the pane itself rather than a description of one.

1 default binding, rebindable in the same place, and the manager says when one is already taken by the game.

A disclosure, not a boundary. Addon code runs in the game page with the page's own globals in scope, so this is what the author says the addon is for rather than a limit the loader enforces. Read the source if that matters to you, and it should.
